Our Team
Over the past 8 years since starting in Griffintown, we have grown, evolved, and learned with our children. Above all else, however, this nursery has become a second home to all our children who have grown here, acquired beautiful experiences here, and have gained multiple skills thanks to the games, the laughs, and the diverse activities created by their educators.

Neither the location, the beauty nor the quantity of games suffice to educate our children. All would be meaningless without the love and passion that our educators express for their work and their toddlers.
If there is one metaphor that vividly comes to mind when I think of Garderie Griffin, it’s the image of an orchestra conductor performing in one of the most beautiful Operas in the world: this conductor, as talented as they may be, is nothing without their talented musicians; and the talent of these musicians, in turn, could not be revealed without their love of music.
As Romy Schneider once said: “Talent is a matter of love”. And indeed, it is of love and passion that our educators will speak of, as we cannot practice this job without love for the children, without the passion, without the empathy… And it is because, for the past several years, we have all been working so closely together, because we now know and complete each other, that we have successfully managed to make this nursery a second home to all our children, and a second home to all of us.

Allô! Je m’appelle Kathleen, j’ai 28 ans. Je suis éducatrice à la pouponnière de la garderie Griffin depuis bientôt 5 ans.
Je suis également assistante de direction à la garderie, donc vous risquez de me voir courir partout à la garderie.
Je suis une personne très souriante et enjouée. Tout le temps de bonne humeur.
La garderie Griffin est rapidement devenue ma famille. Un endroit où je sais que je vais avoir le sourire. Voir mes bébés grandir et évoluer est ma plus grande fierté. L’amour que j’ai pour eux est indescriptible. N’ayez aucun doute que le bonheur de votre enfant est et restera notre priorité à la garderie Griffin!

Hello, my name is Aline, and I am an educator in the 3-4 years old class.
I have a BA in Languages and Literature, and a BA in Pedagogy. Currently, I am studying Early Childhood Education.
Working in the education field is my passion! On my journey as a teacher, I have had the opportunity to work with children from preschool, elementary and high school.
As an educator, I believe children learn best and develop when they are encouraged and stimulated to actively play and explore the world around them. For that to happen, educators need to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children so they will grow and develop in all domains: social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language. At Griffin Daycare, it’s visible and clear how all the educators have this goal in mind, and I am very happy to be part of this family.

I am an immigrant from India and have ECE diploma. I am a passionate, creative and patient person.I started in 2022 with griffin family.
I find inspiration everyday through working in the nursery and knowing that I am part of their first school experience. I feel that it is a gift to me to help them explore the world around them.
It is my goal to make sure that each child receives the best care and love that they all deserve. Also, griffin staff is very cooperative, helpful and fun to work with.
